General Answers to some FAQ's:
All our weekend orders and orders placed on Friday after 2pm are dispatched and sent out the following Monday.
If you have purchased an item and have received notification that its been sent out, but are unable to track, please wait till 9pm the same day where it gets scanned on to the Royal Mail network.
If you have contacted us regarding an order that has been sent back to us due to an address input issue, it is held in retention by Royal Mail for upto three weeks. We cannot process a refund or issue a redelivery until we receive it back.
