Great perfume

I am absolutely unhappy with quality of this perfume. After initial blast of smell , it totally disappears from my skin. Longevity is 10 minutes and sillage may be less than than. I have wasted my £ 20. I shared this with my wife,son ,my friend and his wife. Each of them has same opinion.
I literally frustrated. Please explain why this is the case and can you help me by any means.
